I Did Not Know the Shoe Would Drop,

The Glass Would Break,

My Heart Would Stop.

I did not know what I could not know, 

That sobriety would fit, could fit

The me inside,

inside inside,

that the hole inside

could become whole.

That I was good and should and might and would

But now I know, I know, I know.

My Heart is Whole.
